The Meat & Wine Co will contact you to arrange a deposit. The deposit will be deducted from the bill on the day/night of your function.

Booking for 12 People or more

For all bookings with 12 or more guests, we request you select one of our delicious set-menus and fax back to us a completed booking form. To secure your reservation, a holding deposit of $10.00 per person is required. When using the private dining rooms a minimum spend applies.

Please note:
- your booking is not confirmed until you have received a call or email from the reservations department
- on-line bookings cannot be made within 48 hours of your required function date.  For an urgent booking query, please call (03) 9696 5333 and we will assist you.
Alternate Payment Options:
Cash 7 days prior to function date.
If you wish to pay by credit card, please print out the deposit form available in PDF format at the top of this page, fill it out and fax it together with your credit card details to (03) 9696 5322.
Final numbers:
A 48 hour confirmation notice for final numbers is required. Your final bill will reflect these numbers. Any cancellation within this 48 hour period prior to your function will be charged for.
